Signature Keynote

Seven Times
Still Standing

This is not a motivational speech. This is a testimony. Kenyata walks into the room as living proof that the darkest moments do not have to be the last ones — and she brings that truth directly to the people who need it most.

Designed for veteran audiences, military units, VA facilities, and federal agencies — this keynote meets people exactly where they are and lights a fire that does not go out when they leave the room.

Step One
Survive the Moment
How to recognize you are in crisis and take the first step to stay alive — that moment when everything feels impossible but you choose to reach out or pause instead of act. Veterans learn to identify their crisis triggers and create a personal survival plan for those impossible moments. Kenyata's story: Seven times she chose to survive the moment instead of end it.

Step Two
Tell Your Truth
You cannot heal what you will not name. This step guides participants through getting honest about what is breaking them — depression, trauma, shame, loss — and speaking it out loud. Veterans are conditioned to stay silent. This step breaks that conditioning and creates the foundation for real healing. Kenyata's story: How she went from silence to naming her pain.

Step Three
Access Your Resources
You are not alone. This step focuses on connecting to people, tools, therapy, faith, and community — whatever it takes to build a real support system. The difference between isolation and connection is often the difference between life and death. Participants identify who is in their corner and how to reach them. Kenyata's story: Who showed up for her. What kept her alive.
N
Step Four
Navigate Forward
Healing is not linear. It is choosing one day at a time to build resilience, set boundaries, and move toward meaning. This step equips veterans with practical tools to keep moving forward even when progress feels invisible — turning survival into actual living. Kenyata's story: How she went from surviving to building the business, the coaching, the speaking.
D
Step Five
Deliver Hope
Once you have survived, your job becomes helping others survive. This final step transforms participants from people who have been through darkness into beacons for others still in it. Turning your pain into purpose is not just healing — it is the most powerful thing a survivor can do. Kenyata's story: Our Roots LLC. The oil. The speaking. The certification. Showing others it is possible.

"This framework does not just inspire — it teaches. Every participant leaves with something they can actually use."
